Abstract
El análisis versa sobre las actuales responsabilidades y los efectos que se producen por los costos operativos que tienen en sus estructuras actuales los entes participantes que intervienen directa e indirectamente en el Mercado de Valores ecuatoriano, como resultado de la obligatoriedad del cumplimiento de la normativa legal vigente, para poder establecer si actualmente el Mercado de Valores ecuatoriano carece de seguridad jurídica y, por ende, falta de seguridad para los inversionistas, constituyentes, beneficiarios, originadores, fideicomitentes, emisores, promotores, etcétera, según corresponda.
