Knowledge, intellectual capital, and competitiveness governance in Pymes manufacturing companies in México

Abstract

An analysis to small and medium manufacturing company in western Mexico is presented in the introduction. In a second step the fundamental problem, the low growth of labor productivity in Mexican manufacturing industry is presented. In a third instance the methodological design is shown from the proposed research for this exercise variables and Knowledge Management and Intellectual Capital and the impact on the competitiveness variable construct these organizations are presented. Evidence found reaffirms proposed in the construct, the relationship of the concepts of knowledge management and intellectual capital, with respect to the competitiveness of organizations in terms of performance, cost and technological development.
