Subjective well-being based on creativity and the perception of happiness

Abstract
In this paper the relationship that exists between the concepts of Happiness and Creativity with the Well-Being State is analyzed. The importance of these elements is reviewed to confirm the positive relationship that is supposed to exist between them and in this way to propose organizational development strategies. The goals to achieved are to find the correlation between the variables in the local environment. To this end, a questionnaire is applied, and 249 responses are obtained, these instrument includes questions for each of the variables that are included is this study and have being obtained from a sample of a population of university students and graduates former students of administrative degrees in the city of Tijuana, BC, Mexico. The results confirm that the variables Happiness and Welfare State present a high correlation with result in Pearson index of (r = 0.672 and p <0.001) and in Spearman index of (rho = 0.687, p <0.001) in the same way, the variables Creativity and State of results have the following results in Pearson index (r = 0.406 and p <0.001) and in Spearman index (rho = 0.375, p <0.001). The importance of develop strategies for improved creativity and perception of happiness in employees and students its necessary to improve the well-being state in individuals and organizations.
